  • Yes. All cleaning professionals within Mason Clean Collective have comprehensive liability insurance and a fidelity bond. This means if anything is accidentally damaged or if there is a loss, you are fully protected. We are happy to provide certificates of insurance upon request.

  • Our team consists of Experienced, Vetted Professionals. Every cleaner undergoes a rigorous multi-state criminal background check, in home testing in our Test Homes, and reference verification before ever even being offered the opportunity to work with our clients.

  • That is entirely up to you! Most of our clients provide us with a key, a door code, or leave a key in a secured lockbox. If you prefer to be home, we just ask that you give our team space to work efficiently.

  • Yes, we bring everything—professional-grade vacuums, microfibers, and safe cleaning solutions. However, if you have a specific product you’d like us to use on a particular surface, just let us know and leave it out for us!

  • We love pets! However, for the safety of your furry friends and our staff, we recommend keeping them in a crate, a separate room, or the backyard during the service. If your pet is 'free-roam' and friendly, just let us know in advance so you can be paired with the best cleaner for your home.

  • We offer flat pricing is based on the size of your home (square footage/number of rooms), the current condition of the space, and the frequency of service. Weekly and Bi-weekly clients receive discounted 'maintenance' rates compared to one-time deep cleans.

  • We know life happens! We require 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hour notice may be subject to a fee to compensate our cleaners for their lost time.

  • We offer a 24-Hour Satisfaction Guarantee. If we miss something or a spot isn't up to your standards, call us within 24 hours and we will come back to fix it at no additional cost to you.

  • We don’t use the typical “standard” vs “deep” clean because compared to some national chains, all our cleans are deep cleans! You can check out our Core service and our Plus service here.
